Very interesting! A special Mouser version of MultiSIM from NI. Digikey recently started their own software solution, too, but this looks better. No Linux or Apple support (sorry, Geek!).

Interesting indeed. Since even the "Base" version of MultiSim costs over $1,500 US, I wonder how stripped down this Mouser version must be to give away for free.

Fine wine comes in glass bottles, not plastic sacks. Therefore the finer electrons are also found in glass bottles.

From this write-up, it looks like you're limited to designs with 50 components or less. That will probably be enough for most of my tube projects, but maybe not all.

Circuit Maker Student was so limited. DIY'ers still use it!

Good point. The most attractive feature of the Mouser tool, for me, would be its integration with a circuit board layout application, something that is clumsy at best using LTspice. Anyway, it sounds interesting and I'll certainly give it a try.

Unlimited layers and board size, but 50 components max? Good grief.

It looks like MultiSIM Blue has been released:

Has anyone tried it?

No online reviews yet. I'll keep on eye on Twitter. Must let someone else be the test subject. :[
