6S33S has some aggressive sound, IMO...maybe for rock...

These could be a good use for the One Electron UBT-1s I have, they are nominally 1600 ohms (160 mA rating) , with 4, 8, 16 ohm secondary, just load the 16 ohms with 8 ohms, and make the primary "look like" 800 ohms... 
I've got a half dozen or so 6C33Cs looking for some gainful employment.

I know, half oftube needs about 2 kohm, and both triodes in parallel - 1.2 kohm.....
