Finally finished my pp GU50

It's the big brother to my SE GU50. Chassis is made the same, except a little bigger. 5 transformers and 2 chokes, 37 lbs, 50 watts.

The last picture is it's older, but littler brother.

Cool. Nice looking retro-esque styling. About how many audio output watts per channel?

EDIT: I spotted the above gaff. 50W.

All it needs are some blue LEDs lighting up the tubes!

Just joking - I hate those ... beautiful work indeed!! I really like the base and how the components are laid out. Very nice!

Fine wine comes in glass bottles, not plastic sacks. Therefore the finer electrons are also found in glass bottles.

Thank you.

I ended up not being able to do the LED bias on the 6SL7s, because it messed up the bias on the phase splitter.
I also used 2 power transformers because going from 600 to 400 volts would have made for a hot (666) power resistor.
Forgot to mention it is rather compact, I like them small, 18 X 10.5.

Just gorgeous and an integrated with tone controls to boot! That is a good thing!

The tone controls are from Fun with Tubes that I saw on one of your earlier posts. They are increase only, so if you turn them all the way down they are both just resistors. I put another one of Fun with Tubes' full tone controls on a tubed PAT4, and never could find out why, even with the controls in the center it sounded different when bypassed. And since I never want to turn the controls down, I thought just an increase would be nice. And they sound nice too.
